The detached cottage Ti Forn is smaller and has an open plan downstairs with kitchen area (four ring hob, top oven, dishwasher etc). The lounge has a TV and DVD player (so bring your own DVD's), and dining area with table and chairs. Upstairs there is one double and one twin room. The small family bathroom is downstairs and has a bath, toilet and sink. All bedrooms have hanging space, storage and sinks. Each have a shower room on the first floor. The kitchens are well equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. They also have their own huge back gardens, divided by a hedge, with views over the some of the surrounding 40 hectares of woodland and fields. Garden furniture and BBQs are provided as is a communal washing machine in an outhouse. ‘While waiting a few moments for the owner to arrive, I stood in the courtyard and the only sounds I heard were the birdsong and one neigh from the horses and a new foal in the field. This is a really beautiful tranquil setting, but yet the beaches and restaurants are within quick and easy reach’ –quote from a visitor at Ti Bihan Kerfany Beach is only 7 minute's drive and this is typical of the little bays dotted around the coastline This is a cycling and rambling paradise. The local Mairie has mapped out routes especially for both, which are fully marked, mapped and full of interesting things fauna and flora, castles, ruins megaliths, fountains, mills..... from the country to the sea - all 90 kms of cycling circuits and 100 kms of rambling routes! Not to mention exploring the hectares which come with the house.... Of course there is always the beaches and all the things that usually come with those, swimming, canoeing, boating, fishing and the list goes on. This complex falls under the local government's "taxe de sejour" charge and will be collected locally by the owner at 40c per adult per day. Linen can be hired for 10€ per bed and towels also 5€/2 towels (includes kitchen linen). Electricity will be charged as used by meter at 15c per kw. If you wish to pay for end of stay cleaning this will be 50€ otherwise you may leave it as you find it. Hire, tax and electricity payable locally to owner. Small dogs only are accepted at a cost of 35€ per week
