How to to reach The Résidences de Castell Rose
By car : motorway A9 and route nationale N116 from Perpignan. At the entrance of Prades follow Prades centre and cross Prades following the sign for Hôtel de Ville. At the route de Ria (long straight road with plane trees on the left and side) go about 200m and turn left into a narrow road between the Senioriales and the Hôtel de Ville.
From Andorra N116 to the entrance of Prades, after the supermarket Lidl, turn right go along 500m then turn right into a small road. Have a safe journey !
By plane : The closest airport is Perpignan (30mins) Gerona is at 1h30mins
By train : The Prades station is 1 km away, links with main lines in Perpignan.

Between the sea and the mountains in the heart of the eastern Pyrenees and in grounds of 2.5 hectares, Alex and Evelyne welcome you to the Residences de Castell Rose. The Residences comprises a villa for 4 personnes (82m2), rated 4 stars by Gîtes de France and a house built in 2008 divided into 2 flats (70m2 each) and a studio (39m2) all on ground level with  private terraces. They are of the highest quality and have modern amenities 
The flats will be available for rental from the end of May 2008.
We can also offer B+B accommodation rated 4 stars by Gîtes de France. 5 rooms in our own home.

 

In the grounds you will have at your disposal a tennis court, and a swimming pool complying with French safety regulations.
A 5 minute walk will bring you to the town centre of Prades, and using the car you are 40 minutes from the beach and 45 minutes from the ski resorts.
