Overview
The cottage is set in its own gardens, with private swimming pool and covered patio with BBQ. Recently refurnished the former farm worker's cottage accommodates five people in real comfort. The lounge has wooden beams, a large LCD TV with English satellite channels, DVD, a large dining table and a wood-burning stove. The newly equipped kitchen has a microwave, toaster, gas cooker, fridge and washing machine. Bedroom One has an ensuite Bathroom with shower, three single beds and full length French windows overlooking the private garden. Bedroom Two has a double bed and ensuite shower room. The cottage is in the small hamlet of Le Claray, 4km from the pretty village of Saint Aubin des Chateaux. Saint Aubin has a bakers, bar, Post Office and mini market. The historical town of Chateaubriant is 15 minutes drive away and has a wide range of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The major cities of Nates and Rennes are both around 45 minutes. The cottage will sleep up to 5 people, Upstairs: 3 single bedded bedroom, family bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs there is another double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with wood burning stove, sat TV with DVD player, fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, and utensils etc. Outside enclosed private garden and patio area with BBQ, table and chairs leading to own private swimming pool. Bed linen, gas and electricity included.
