The gardens are spectacular and boasts a mill with a wheel and a feeder canal spring fed, which cascades down the waterfall into the lake below, which is home to ducks and geese and two very proud peacocks who are not shy to show their full plumage!  There are many walk tracks near the house, unless you just fancy a stroll around the ample grounds and pathways by the two lakes. They are set in magnificent landscaped grounds stretching for over seven acres.  It has it's own private spring-fed lake the size of a football pitch, so if you so desire you can fish for tench, roach, rudd, bream, perch.CARP (around 12lbs) and trout!  If you don't fancy that, you can enjoy wonderful walks in the beautiful grounds.

The twin beds can be zipped together to make a king sized bed and there is bunk beds in the second bedroom, so ideal for a family of four.  Off the bedroom, is the family shower room with walk in massage shower, toilet and sink
