LA BOHEME is situated in the tranquil hamlet of L�z�, near the village of Petit Auvern� and twelve miles from the historic town of Chateaubriant. La Boheme has been tastefully refurbished and is set in its own three and a half acres of paddocks and fields. The cottage has kept its French style and is equipped for modern living. It sleeps nine people comfortably. On the ground floor there is one en suite double bedroom with shower, WC, basin and an electric heater. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The lounge/dining room has original beams with a lovely fireplace and wood burning stove. The room is pleasantly furnished and has satellite English TV and a DVD player. The main bathroom has a bath with hand shower, a separate shower cubicle, WC basin and a heated towel rail. The fitted kitchen has an electric hob, oven, mini oven/grill, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, mini hi-fi and fridge freezer. There is another bedroom on the first floor accessed by an external covered staircase the bedroom has three single beds and a large en suite shower room with WC and basin. A door from the kitchen opens onto the rear of the cottage into a covered veranda overlooking the garden with table and chairs and a BBQ close at hand, a perfect place for alfresco dining. From the veranda a path leads between the flowerbeds and the water feature to the lawn and a large teak deck that surrounds the octagonal (5.5 m) private, solar heated swimming pool with views of the countryside. Nothing is shared so your peace and tranquillity are guaranteed.� The owners Ken and Carole live five miles away and are at your assistance when needed or to pass on information about the surrounding area.
