La Bodiniere is a charming two bedroom gite with many character features and modern facilities. It has the option of sleeping up to eight people with large master double bedroom, twin room and two double sofa beds in the lounge.
La Bodiniere is just one mile outside the pretty town of Moncoutant which is situated on the Deux Sevres - Vendee border and is set in five acres of gardens and meadows allowing you to enjoy tranquillity and relaxation yet are within a short drive of all facilities and the plentiful attractions of the region.
The separate lounge has large comfy sofas, wooden floors, TV/DVD, CD player and a selection of books, games, DVD and CD's for you to enjoy.
The large open plan kitchen/dining area has a fully fitted kitchen which is fully equipped and includes all modern facilities including washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave but still retains many original features. The dining area has a large solid oak table that can easily seat 8 people.
There is a private fenced garden which includes an above ground 3.5m pool, a patio area for alfresco dining and barbecues, swings and slides and children’s play area as well as sunny and shaded spots.
