Under 3kms to the village of Ste Helene sur Mer, this detached Breton cottage is ideal for exploring the coastal villages in the area. It is all on one floor, so ideal for those with slight mobility problems. However as the garden is open to the road, it is restricted to families with children over five years old, please. Therefore no cot and highchair is available. The kitchen is well appointed with electric oven, fridge, microwave and there is a washing machine and tumble drier in the utility room. The lounge has two, two seater leather settees and two further armchairs, TV and DVD player, and CD player. There is also a library of books in English. Dining area is also in this room and has table and five chairs. There are two bedrooms, one double with French windows to the garden and one twin. Family shower room and separate WC. Outside there is a large open garden in lawns and a large tree to take shade from the summer sun. The area is quiet and lovely places to walk - but no footpaths on the country roads. There is bike hire in the village, so you can explore the area in the open air.
